3D-CTA在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的对颅内动脉瘤患者的CTA影像及手术结果进行回顾分析,以探讨CTA影像结果对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值及CTA模拟手术入路对动脉瘤夹闭术的指导作用。方法收集我科2005—2010年收治的颅内动脉瘤患者148例,每位患者均于入院1周内行CTA扫描,根据CTA影像诊断结果及在CT工作台上的模拟手术入路与术中所见进行比较。结果 148例患者术中证实动脉瘤154个。所有患者采用开颅显微手术夹闭动脉瘤;CTA定位诊断、形状及与周围关系与术中所见高度一致。结论依据CTA检查结果即可进行动脉瘤手术,在CT工作台上模拟手术入路对颅内动脉瘤夹闭术具有重要指导作用。
