摘要
目的:研究苍术挥发油中两个主要成分β-桉叶油醇和茅术醇的分离方法,为研究麸炒对苍术挥发油的影响提供对照品。方法:采用硅胶、硝酸银硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,采用核磁共振(1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR)对其进行结构鉴定。结果:从苍术药材中分离得到β-桉叶油醇、茅术醇作为对照品。结论:对于β-桉叶油醇、茅术醇所建立的分离、纯化方法简便可行。
Objective:To investigate the separation methods of two main ingredients β-eudesmol and hinesol from volatile oil in Rhizoma atractylodis,to provide chemical references for investigating the effect of processing on volatile oil in Rhizoma atractylodis.Method:Isolation and purification were carried out on the chromatography of silica gel、AgNO3 impregnated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20;The structures were determined by NMR(1H-NMR、13C-NMR).Result:β-Eudesmol and Hinesol were screened out as the chemical references of Rhizoma atractylodis.Conclusion:The methods of isolation and puirfication for β-eudesmol and hinesol reported in this paper are simple and feasible.
