摘要
目的:观察交互式音乐治疗儿童焦虑障碍的临床疗效。方法:分析我院治疗的40例儿童焦虑患者,随机分为两组,试验组和对照组,每组20人,对照组给予常规治疗,包括常规心理治疗(健康教育、认知治疗、行为治疗)和药物治疗(苯二氮卓类、抗抑郁剂),而试验组在常规治疗的基础上,给予交互式音乐进行治疗,观察两组治疗后的生活质量变化和焦虑程度变化。结果:40位儿童焦虑患者经治疗后,无论是慢性焦虑症、惊恐障碍,还是焦虑总分都较治疗前有所改善;但是经过交互式音乐治疗后的试验组三者的得分比对照组要明显减少。各组经统计学分析后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童焦虑患者经交互式音乐治疗后,临床症状均有所改善,并且比对照组改善明显。
Objective:to observe the child anxiety disorder treatment of clinical curative effect after implementing interactive music therapy.Methods:analysis of 40 cases child anxiety patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group of patients,one group of control group,each group of 20 people,and the control group,including regular routine therapy to the psychological treatment(health education,cognitive therapy,behavioral therapy) and drug therapy(benzodiazepine,antidepressants),and patients based on routine treatment give interactive music treatment,observe the two groups quality of life change and anxiety level changes after treating.Results:40 children anxiety after therapy,all patients with chronic anxiety,panic disorder or anxiety was more improved than the total score before treatment;But after interactive music three of them of score in treatment group were significantly reduced than the control group.After the statistical analysis of each group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:After using the patients' interactive music in child anxiety treatment,clinical symptoms were improved,and the significant improvement than the control group.
