On Rational Use of Vancomycin in the Basic-level Hospitals

目的:为基层医院盐酸万古霉素的临床合理应用提供依据。方法:通过文献调研与临床调研的方法,归纳总结万古霉素临床使用中存在的一些不合理情况。结果:基层医院万古霉素存在不合理用药现象的病例占27.0%。结论:临床应强调对症用药,严格用法用量,以防不良反应产生,避免抗生素滥用。

Objective：To offer the guidance for the clinical rational use of vancomycin in the basic-level hospitals.Methods：Through the literature research and clinical investigation,some unreasonable clinical use cases of vancomycin are summarized.Results：The unreasonable clinical use cases of vancomycin accounts for about 27.0%.Conclusion：It is emphasized to rationally use vancomycin in the basic-level hospitals to avoid the adverse drug reaction and the abuse of antibiotics,such as strictly using it in accordance with symptoms,right dosage and administration.
