5-羟色胺转运体基因多态性与脑卒中后抑郁的关系 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨5-羟色胺转运体基因启动子区域多态性(5-HTTLPR)与中国汉族人群脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的关系。方法应用PCR技术,比较96例PSD、97例脑卒中后非PSD及60名健康对照组上述位点基因型及等位基因频率。结果 PSD组5-HTTLPR多态的S/S基因型频率和S等位基因频率显著高于脑卒中非PSD组和健康对照组(均P<0.05),S等位基因与PSD呈正关联(比值比OR=1.76,P<0.01,95%CI:1.15~2.69)。结论 5-HTTLPR S/S基因型和S等位基因可能为脑卒中后抑郁的易患因素。 Objective To explore the relationship between serotonin transporter -linked polymorphie region (5-HTTLPR) polymorphism of 5-HTT gene' and poststroke depression (PSD) in Chinese Han ethnic stroke patients. Methods With polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism technique, 5-HTTLPR polymorphism of 5-HTT gene was determined in 96 PSD patients, 97 stroke patients without PSD (non-PSD) and 60 normal controls. Results There were obvious difference of the 5-HTTLPR gene types and alleles between PSD group and stroke or health controls; the frequency of S/S gene type and S allele in PSD group were significantly higher than that in stroke and health control groups. The S allele positively associated with PSD (odds ratio (OR) = 1. 76,P〈0. 01,95% CI 1.15-2.69). Conclusion There is a relationship between the 5-HTTLPR polymorphism of 5-HTT gene and PSD, the presence of 5-HTTLPR S/S gene type or S allele may be a risk factor to the pathogenesis of PSD in Han Chinese.
