脑动静脉畸形诊断治疗相关因素分析

Analysis of related factor on the diagnosis and treatment of brain vascular malformation

目的探讨脑血管畸形(AVM)的诊断和治疗。方法 31例AVM病人行CTA或(和)DSA检查或病理确诊,30例手术治疗,1例γ刀治疗。结果所有病例中24例痊愈无后遗症,7例有不同程度的肢体活动受限和(或)不全性失语。结论遇到相关病例,尽早行CTA或DSA检查,确诊后尽早行手术治疗。手术治疗是安全可靠的方法,早期治疗可明显减少后遗症。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of brain vascular malformation（AVM）. Methods Thirtyone cases of AVM patients were diagnosed by CTA or/and DSA inspection or pathological examination, 30 cases with surgical treatment, 1 case with gamma knife therapy. Results All the 24 cases recovered without sequelae, 7 cases had different levels of physical activity and/or limited not all aphasia. Conclusion The related cases should do CTA or DSA inspection as soon as possible, and be operated after definite diagnosis as early as possible. Surgical treatment is a safe and reliable method, early treatment can obviously reduce sequelae.
