摘要
利用乙二醇和丙三醇混合对废PET进行醇解,再与顺丁烯二酸酐酯化制备了不饱和聚酯树脂,通过苯乙烯的交联固化反应得到不饱和聚酯漆涂层,研究了不同反应条件对涂层附着力的影响,确定最佳条件是PET、乙二醇和丙三醇的质量比为5:8:2,醇解时间为180-200min,酯化时间为70min。
Unsaturated polyester is made from waste PET, glycol and glycerol. Then by adding maleic anhydride, it gained unsaturated polyester. Through the crosslinking of styrene, unsaturated polyester coatings are prepared. Then it studied the influence of different reaction conditions on the influence of the coating adhesion. Finally it determined the best condition of PET, glycol and glycerin quality ratio for 5:8:2, alcohol solution time for 180-200 min, esterification time for 70 min.
