学生区病房在临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 [目的]探讨学生区病房在临床护理教学中的应用。[方法]将130名护理实习生随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65名,对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组开展学生区病房的带教模式。比较两组的临床护理教学效果。[结果]观察组护生专科理论知识和综合技能考核成绩均优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组导师对护生的评价优于对照组;观察组病人满意度和护生对带教模式的满意度均高于对照组。[结论]在临床护理教学中应用学生区病房带教模式,可提高临床教学质量。 Objective:To probe into the application of student district wards in clinical nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 130 nursing interns were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each.The routine teaching mode was used for control group cases,and the teaching mode of student district wards was carried out for observation group cases,then to compare the clinical nursing teaching effect.Results:the test results of special theoretical knowledge and comprehensive skills of nursing students in observation group were higher than that in control group(P0.05).The evaluation of tutor on observation group students was better than that of control group.The degree of satisfaction of patients and nursing students at teaching mode in observation group were higher than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Student district wards applied in clinical nursing teaching can enhance the clinical teaching quality.
