摘要
目的探讨外周血中亲环素A(CyPA)mRNA表达水平与恶性肿瘤及非恶性肿瘤疾病的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-FQ-PCR)测定恶性肿瘤组、非恶性肿瘤组及对照组外周血中CyPA mRNA相对表达水平。结果外周血中CyPAmRNA相对表达水平从高到低依次为非恶性肿瘤组、恶性肿瘤组及对照组,非恶性肿瘤组与恶性肿瘤组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),非恶性肿瘤组及恶性肿瘤组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外周血中CyPA mRNA相对表达水平升高与疾病的发生发展有关。
Objective To explore the expression levels of cyclophilin A (CyPA) mRNA in peripheral blood from patients with malignant tumors and non-malignant tumor diseases. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-FQ-PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of CyPA mRNA in the malignant tumors, the non-malignant tumor diseases and the health individuals. Results The relative expression levels of CyPA mRNA in peripheral blood of the non-malignant tumor, the malignant tumors and the health individuals were from high to low in turn. There were no statistical differences in the relative expression levels of CyPA mRNA between the malignant tumors and the non-malignant tumor diseases (P 〉 0.05 ) , but both of them were obviously higher than those of the health individuals ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high relative expression levels of CyPA mRNA in peripheral blood are related with the generation and development of some diseases.
