MCM7及MMP-7蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达

The Expressions of MCM7 and MMP-7 in Gastric Carcinoma Tissues

目的探讨微小染色体维持蛋白7(MCM7)及基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测MCM7及MMP-7蛋白在85例胃癌、30例癌旁不典型增生、30例正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,并分析两者与胃癌患者临床病理学特征的关系。结果 MCM7及MMP-7蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达高于癌旁不典型增生组织和正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05)。MCM7蛋白的表达与胃癌的TNM分期、浆膜浸润及淋巴结转移有关,MMP-7蛋白与胃癌的TNM分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移及分化程度均有关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中MCM7蛋白表达与MMP-7蛋白表达呈正相关关系(r=0.642,P<0.001)。结论 MCM7及MMP-7蛋白表达与胃癌的癌变及进展关系密切。

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of minichromosome maintenance protein 7 （MCM7） and matrix metal- loproteinases-7 （ MMP-7 ） in gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of MCM7 and MMP-7 in 85 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues ,30 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissues and 30 cases of normal gastric mucous membrane tissues, and the relationship between MCM7 or MMP-7 expressions and clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma was analyzed. Results The expressions of MCM7 and MMP-7 in gastric carcinoma tissues were remarkably higher than those in atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal gastric mucous membrane tissues（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of MCM7 in gastric carcinoma were related with the TNM grade, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis, the expressions of MMP-7 in gastric carcinoma were related with the TNM grade, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and cellular differentiation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of MCM7 were positively correlated to the expressions of MMP-7 （ r = 0. 642, P 〈 0. 001 ）, Conclusion The expressions of MCM7 and MMP-7 were closely related with the oncogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.
