摘要
实验室常用碱熔、铍共沉淀碘酸钾滴定法测定矿样中的锡。操作手续繁杂冗长,加之硫酸铍为强致癌物质,危害人体健康。采用锌粉—氯化铵烧结法,可同时使砷、锑等挥发出去,适用于复杂样品中锡的测定,操作无毒、方便、快捷。
Generally,tin in the ores is determined experimentally by the method consisting of fusion in alkaline,then co-deposition with beryllium and following titration by potassium iodate.The method is considered as complication and poison to human's health attributed to beryllium sulfate is a cancer-causing component.A new method of zinc powder-ammonium chloride agglomeration is proposed and described in the present work.Some compositions such as arsenic and antimony are volatilized in the process.Hence,the method is suitable to measurement of tin in complex samples.The determination has lots of merits concluding no poison,convenience,speed and simplicity.
