摘要 为探讨黄芩组培苗继代培养基中最适的活性炭质量浓度,采用活性炭质量浓度梯度试验的方法,分别对黄芩试管苗的黄化率、褐化率、玻化率、株高等指标进行测定。结果表明,活性炭质量浓度为1 g.L-1时,植株褐化率、黄化率、玻化率以及植株的株高等综合指标最好,为建立和完善黄芩组培快繁体系提供了依据。 In order to explore the optimal activated carbon concentration of tissue culture medium of ScuteUaria baicalensis, by the concentration gradient test method of activated carbon, respectively, the yellow rate, browning rate, rate of glass, height and other indicators of plantlets were measured. The results show that the composite indicators of the rate of plant browning, yellow rate, rate of glass and plant height were the best under 1 g'L-1 concentration of activated carbon, and so the 1 g·L-1 concentration was determined for the best activated carbon concentration to improve subculture medium of tissue culture.
