摘要
高校教师承担着教书育人、科学研究、社会服务三项重要的职责,然而现实中,部分高校教师却将首要的教书育人职责放在其他两项职责之后,使得学生满怀憧憬步入大学校园以后深感失望。文章分析了影响高校教师教学业绩的因素,并提出做好招聘与激励工作的重要性,同时给出相应的对策。
Collge teachers shoulder the reponsibilities to teach,research,and serve the society.However,in reality,some teachers put the responsibility behind the other two,making the studetns disappointed after they go to college with hopes.This ariticle analyzes the factors in the influence of efficiency of college teachers' teaching and emphasizes the importance of recruitment and encouragemnt and at the same time offers correspondign measures.
