循环工序使用的随行成型中心鼓,取代胎体成型中的软体机构和硫化成型中的中心胶囊机构,保证足够胎体贴合强度、全过程的中心准确度以及最终实际轮廓的统一性。由复合材料制成的折叠成型中心鼓在新研发的帘布板式高压贴合机、多工位瓣式电热成型硫化机群配合下形成新概念轮胎制造工艺技术主体-ABCD。

The Accompanying Building and Center Drum（ABCD） which is used in circling process replaced the soft mechanism of tire building and central biadder mechanism of tire curing,ensuring the enough strength of tire applying,central accuracy of entire process and the unity of final tire outline.Working with recent results of research——Cord Platen High-pressure Apexing Machine and Multi-station Multi-jaw Electrothermal Building Curing Press,the folding building and center drum which is made of complex material,forms the main body of new concept tire making technical skill——ABCD.
