摘要
南京作为全国第一个“中国软件名城”,软件人才是软件产业持续发展的动力和源泉。本文从南京市三级软件人才培养体系的现状出发,分析其目前存在的规模性失衡、结构性失衡和品质性失衡,在此基础上提出进一步优化南京软件人才培养体系的对策与建议。
Nanjing is the first "China Software City", therefore software talent is the power and source of sustainable development in the software industry. This paper makes an analysis on the present unbalance from scale, structure and quality factors which exist in the 3-level training system of software talent of Nanjing. Based on the analysis, the countermeasures and advices on optimizing the training system of software talent of Nanjing are also proposed.
