摘要
文章重点介绍中石化上海石油分公司加油卡增值税开票子系统（以下简称增票子系统）的开发和实现。首先介绍了系统现状，然后在需求分析的基础上对增票子系统进行功能分析和总体设计；最后详细介绍了系统的软、硬件部署及功能实现。
This article is introducing the fueling IC card＇s value-added tax billing sub-system＇s development and application in SINOPEC Shanghai Branch. Firstly, the author illustrates the current status of the billing system, then made functional analysis and integrated design on the base of customer needs. At last, the author depicts its hardware and software configuration and function accomplishment in detail.
