摘要
文章以经济欠发达地区县城为例,对县城居民使用银行机构个人金融服务的情况进行调查。在对调查数据进行有效统计和分析的基础上,认识和了解县城居民在使用个人金融服务方面的意识、行为和需求特点以及县城银行机构在提供个人金融服务过程中所存在的现实问题,并由此对县城银行机构改善和提高个人金融服务能力和质量提出相关建议。
This paper takes a county in less-developed areas as an example and investigates the use of banking organizations' personal finance service by county residents. On the basis of effective statistics and analysis on the survey data, the author has a better understanding of the county residents' consciousness, behavior and demanding characteristic in the use of personal financial service, as well as the realistic problem existed in the process of providing personal financial service and thus proposes relevant suggestions to the improvement of the county banking organizations' ability and quality of personal financial service.
