高性能环保型双组分亮光地板漆的研制及应用

Preparation and application of high performance environmental-friendly two-component light floor coating

针对室内家居装修油漆有害物质限量超标、市场中双组分亮光地板漆浇涂施工容易产生污染的问题,通过分析原材料的选择和树脂、助剂、n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)等因素对双组分亮光地板漆性能的影响,探讨了其施工应用问题与解决办法,从而得到了一种高性能环保型双组分亮光地板漆配方和工艺。结果表明:研制的产品性价比高,环保与技术性能指标优异,具有较好的施工宽容性。

To solve the problems such as indoor air pollution exceeding the standard required limits of harmful substance of interior architectural coatings, and the pollution produced during the casting process of current commercial two-component light floor paint coating, a novel kind of high performance environmental-friendly two-component light floor coating formulation and process is obtained. The effects of raw materials, resins, additives and the ratio of u （-NCO） and n（-OH） are investigated. The results suggest that the obtained two-component light floor coating is cost-effective and environmental-friendly, and also has good construction tolerance.
