竖井提升改绞时井架的设计

摘要 在大红山铜矿箕斗井的改绞中,由于竖井提升高度近千米,要求的提升能力大,且此时其它井下工程都没有施工到位,单独一条竖井给改绞方案选择带来了很大的困难。特别是凿井井架在单边受力、钢丝绳静张力很大的情况下如何保证结构的安全。通过对井架受力进行详细计算,明确了不能满足受力要求的构件后,通过调整荷载位置,改变内力分布和增加构造措施,省去了通常要增加的大斜腿,大大缩短了井架改造时间,圆满解决了技术难题。通过一年多的施工实践,证明设计是科学、合理、可行的,为以后类似工程提供了借鉴。 The change of bucket to cage hoisting,at the skip shaft of Dahongshan Copper Mine,faces great difficulties.Because at this shaft,the hoisting length is more than 1000 meters,and it is also required to have large hoisting capacity,while other development works have not reached the required stage.Therefore,it is very difficult to find suit solutions for the alteration work in the situation of a single shaft.In particular,it is difficult to guarantee the structure safety when the head frame loads with great stress from single edge and the steel rope has great static tension.However,through the careful calculation of head frame force bearing and find incapable components under the assuming circumstance,and then adjusting force bearing location,changing the force distribution and adding extra structure components,the large bevel pole which shall be added conventionally is not required,and the time of alternation is shortened,and the technical challenge is solved successfully.The design has been proved to be scientific,reasonable and feasible after the application in more than one year s period,and it also gives positive reference for other similar works in the future.
