摘要
As three major issues at the end of the century, peace, development and ecology will , to a large extent, determine the destiny and future of human beings. In today’s world, knowledge innovation and technological innovation have become the main dynamics of economic growth, thus speeding up the globalization and regionalization of world economy; financial industry has been a double blade sword, bringing high risks as well as high profit to national economy. It is, therefore, necessary for us to be aware of the objective trend and dual nature of economic globalization.
