摘要
针对当前智能电能表功能检测任务重、工作强度大等问题,设计了一种新型智能电能表自动检测装置。该检测装置具备自动发卡、插卡功能,从而实现了电能表功能的全自动检测,增强了电能表检测台、上位机与检测员之间的人机交互能力,提高了工作人员的检测效率,降低了误操作率。该装置能够满足当前智能电能表批量检测工作的需要,保障了电能表检测的准确性和可靠性。
This paper designed a new automatic detection device(NADD)used to test the fee-control function of smart meter. NADD was aimed for solving problems such as heavy detection task and workload intensity during batch detecting. The function of fee-control function detection was added to NADD and the function of automatic card issuing and plugging on smart meter was realized,by which the human-computer interaction (HMI)ability was greatly en- hanced between operator and host computer. NADD can improve worker's detection efficiency and reduce the misoperation rate,which can meet the needs of the current high-volume work in smart meter detection and secure the accuracy and reliability of the smart meter detection.
