Study on the conference broadcast system based on the multicast and P2P technology

利用P2P技术在广域网中传输多媒体数据,可以充分利用各个节点资源,提高传输效率。但在同一局域网内,能够将数据同时发给多个接收者的组播技术更具优势。文章给出组播技术同P2P技术相结合的具体实现方法,实现一种混合型的音视频会议直播系统。

The use of P2P technology in the WAN to transmit multimedia data, can make full use of the various resources of nodes and improve transmission efficiency. However, in the same LAN, the multicast technology that the data can be sent to multiple recipients simultaneously has more advantages. Therefore, a hybrid of audio and video conferencing live broadcast system was achieved and introduced by the technology of multicast combined with P2P.
