广西农户住房投资影响因素分析

Study on affecting factors of Guangxi farmers’ housing investment

随着经济发展和农民收入水平提高,广西农户住房固定资产投资规模不断扩大,在广西农户投资所占的比例较高。通过实证分析可知,影响广西农户住房投资的因素主要包括农民收入、农户存款余额、农户现有住房价值等。

With the development of economy and farmer＇s income levels, the scale of investment in housing fixed assets of Guangxi farmers was expanded ceaselessly, and it occupies a higher percentage of farmer investment in Guangxi. Through empirical analysis, the affecting factors of housing investment in Guangxi farmers include the income of peasants, farmers＇ deposits, and the value of existing housing.
