扬中市构建整岛一体化医疗卫生服务体系的实践与思考

Practice and Reflections on Building Island-integrated Health Care System in Yangzhong

2006年以来,特别是在实施新一轮医药卫生体制改革的进程中,扬中市根据独特的市情,大力推进镇村医疗机构一体化管理,依托市人民医院成立市临床检验中心、医学影像中心和消毒供应中心,组建以市人民医院、市中医医院为核心的医疗联合体,搭建区域卫生信息化平台联接市、镇、村三级医疗机构,初步建成整岛一体化的医疗卫生服务体系。

Since the year of 2006, especially during the process of performing a new round of medical care system reform, Yangzhong, based on its unique circumstances, take great efforts to promote the integrated management of township and village medical institutions. Relying on people＇s hospital, Yangzhong has established the clinical laboratory center, medical imaging center and central sterile supply. It has built a medical complex with people＇s hospital and traditional Chinese medicine hospital serving as the cores, and constructed the regional health information platform providing links among medical institutions at the three levels of city, towns and villages, so that an island-integrated health care system has been initially established.
