摘要
目前,高职院内高职生个人素质差距大,一些学生在学习和生活上出现自控力和自理能力差的现象。在此背景下,培养学生的自我管理能力从而使他们更积极,有效地学习和生活变得十分的迫切。结合班主任工作,高职生自我管理能力被分为时间管理、学习管理、空间管理、情绪管理四个方面加以培养。力图通过在班主任工作中贯彻这四个方面能力的培养达到提升高职学生自我管理能力的目的。
Currently, there are big differences of personal quality among tertiary vocational students, while some students are weak in self-control and self-care. In this context, it is inevitable to foster the competences of self-management of students on the purpose of making students learn and live more effectively and positively. Related to class teachers' work, self-management could be divided into four aspects, time-management, learning-management, space-management and emotion-management. Through class teachers' work to foster them from the four aspects, the competence of self-management of students would be enhanced
