高职院校的教师队伍建设应该按照"双师型"教师队伍建设的要求,培养具有良好的思想政治素质和职业道德素质、文化素质、健康的心理和身体素质,并且通晓职业教育教学理论的,有业务实践经验的教师。文章对"双师型"教师的业务要求、能力要求,以及培养方式等方面进行了探讨,并提出了一些具体的建议。

Team building of higher vocational schools should be in accordance with the ＂Dual-qualification＂ teachers＇ requirements. The ＂Dual-qualification＂ teachers have a good ideological and political quality and professional ethics and cultural qualities, mental and physical health, and knowledge of vocational education theory, also have Professional skills. This paper discussed on the ＂Dual-qualification＂ teacher＇s Professional skills requirements, competency requirements, and training methods, and put forward some concrete proposals.
