摘要
文章分析精益企业的内在需求,建立科学合理的评价体系,利用模糊数学方法来对精益变革中激励指标进行定量分析,以得出量化的结论。为企业的管理者提供参考,帮助管理者制定更有效和针对性的激励措施,完善激励体系,促进精益文化的形成。
This article utilizes the fuzzy mathematics method to analyze quantitatively lean reform of motivation and evaluation system ,which can solve the disadvantages of only qualitative analysis in motivation and evaluation system respect in the lean enterprises in the long term. According to the evaluation results,enterprises can offer targeted incentives and perfect motivation system.Meanwhile it can help enterprises to make lean thinking to take root.
