摘要
目的探讨通过自锁脱槽加力对正畸移动牙齿龈沟液(GCF)中前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)水平的影响。方法选择正畸患者14例为研究对象。随机分成2组,分别对两组患者的右侧上颌尖牙施加100 g、200 g的远中移动初始力,左侧上颌尖牙不加力,分别对两侧上颌尖牙于加力前、加力后1 hr、24 hr、48 hr、72 hr和168 hr收集近中龈沟液,用放射免疫分析法测定PGE_2的含量。结果:在100 g力值、200 g力值作用下实验组与对照组GCF中PGE_2水平变化差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),在100 g力值作用下GCF中PGE_2水平变化更稳定。结论:自锁脱槽矫治应用轻力可以移动牙齿,而且牙周组织的改建更接近于生理状态。
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this research is to investigate the levels of prostaglandin into the gingival fluid (GCF) of orthodontic tooth movement by orthodontic force,which received self-ligating brackets treatment. METHODS relected 14 malocclusion case who divded two group. 100 g, 200 g orthodontic force was applied on the right maxillary,none force on left maxillary.The gingival crevicular fcuid(GCF)was sampled at control sides and experiment sides before and 1,24,48,72 and 168hours after apply of orthodontic force.The prostaglandin PEG2 were determined with radio immunoassay. RESULTS there was statistically significant difference (P〈0.05)betweet experiment sides and control sides of PGE2 in GCF. The total amount of PGE2 in GCF was plain on 100g force. CONCLUSION Self-ligating brackets enables tooth shift under very less pull strength and orthodontium periodontium remodeling similar physiological state.
