摘要
聚醚醚酮过滤生产过程中需要物料换向,由于操作温度、压力较高,物料黏度较大,市场及生产厂家提供不了需要的相应装置。根据实际生产条件及物料特性,仿照三通阀的原理,设计、制造了一种换向阀。通过试车、调整,成功实现了聚醚醚酮过滤生产的物料换向,解决了实际生产的物料换向问题。同时,对其他高温、高压过程的熔体换向具有一定适用性。
Because of peek filter needing change of direction in the production process, and the operation temperature and pressure being higher, viscosity being bigger, markets and manufacturers can not provide the corresponding device. Designed and manufactured a kind of reversing valve according to the actual production conditions and material properties, modeling on the three -way valve principle. Through the test, adjustment, solved the material reversing problem of practical production. At the same time, it has certain applicability to other melt reversing which are high temperature, high pressure process.
