摘要
线缆弯折试验是测试线缆可靠性的重要手段。为了有效地测试线缆的折损性能,设计开发了一种针对电子产品线缆的弯折测试系统,包括利用气动机械结构进行线缆弯折和线缆电阻采集两个部分。测试系统通过6个气动摆缸往复摆动对线缆进行反复弯折,线缆微电阻测量采用恒流源方案,利用计算机采集卡完成电阻变化信号的数据采集。系统以Windows XP为平台,LabVIEW为开发软件,具有很好的人机交互界面和测试精度。实际使用结果表明,设计的测试系统效果良好。
Buckling test is an important measure for examining the reliability of the wires or cables. In order to efficiently test the anti-buckling performance of the wires or cables, the buckling test system for wires and cables used in electronic products is designed and developed. The system includes two parts, one is the pneumatic mechanism for buckling the wires or cables ; the other is the data acquisition of the resistance for wires or cables. Six of the pneumatic reciprocate swing actuators are driven to bend and fold the wires or cables repeatedly. The micro-resistance of the wires or cables are measured by adopting constant current source, and then data acquisition is accomplished by module in computer. The system is on Windows XP platform, with LabVIEW as the developing software, it features good man machine interface and high test accuracy. The results of practical application indicate that the system proposed offers excellent effects.
