摘要
采用hypermesh有限元软件,对由叶片与前后盖板及轮毂构成且各部件间采用铆钉联接的叶轮,分别进行模态分析和施加离心力的应力分析。计算叶轮受离心力作用的von Mise应力和铆钉所受剪切力,得到在叶片与前盖板处以及后盖板与轮毂链接处,铆钉所受的剪切力较大。
Finite element software hypermesh is used.The impeller is assembled by the front and back cover board,blades and wheel hub.Each component is connected by rivets,which is separately analyzed by modal and the stress analysis of centrifugal force.Von Mise stress and shear force of the rivets is calculated and showed the place,that between blades and front cover,back cover and wheel hub larger shear force appear on rivet.
