摘要
针对减速器低速轴出现的强度问题,采用传统计算和计算机仿真技术相结合的方法对轴进行强度对比分析。运用三维软件SolidWorks建立轴的实体模型,并将模型导入ANSYS中进行有限元分析。结果表明:传统计算和有限元分析得出的结果基本一致,满足轴的强度要求;通过对比分析可知,采用有限元分析技术不仅可以减轻工作量而且可以提高分析精度。
In this paper,aiming at the low-speed shaft of reducer strength problems,and the comparative analysis of strength for shaft is made by combining the traditional computing and computer simulation method.The axis model is established using SolidWorks software,then the model is imported to ANSYS finite element to analyze.The results show that traditional computing and finite element analysis results are basically the same,and can meet the requirements of the strength of shoft.By comparing the analysis,It shows that finite element analysis techniques can not only reduce the workload but also improve the accuracy of analysis.
