摘要
重点介绍了气举阀的内部力学分析。通过建立简化的力学模型,利用数值模拟软件对其工作原理以及内部的力学分布情况进行分析,得出气举阀的工作原理,工作过程的形变趋势,以及应力集中的位置,从而对优化气举阀的结构材质,了解气举阀的结构原理等具有一定的意义。
The internal mechanical impacting for the gas lift valve is mainly introduced.By setting up a kind of simple mechanical model,utilizing the numerical simulation method,its working principle and the internal mechanics distribution are analyzed,the gas lift valve working principle,deformation and stress concentration points are obtained.This method will be good for optimizing the structure and material of the gas lift valve,and it will also be conducive to understand the structure of gas lift valve principle.
