摘要
滚珠丝杠副滚动体在自转的同时还在作绕丝杠轴线的公转运动,滚动体的这种运动产生陀螺效应。笔者根据陀螺力学相应公式,推导了滚珠丝杠滚动体陀螺力矩的近似计算关系式,通过算例演示了所推导关系式的使用方法,揭示了滚珠丝杠滚动体在丝杠副启动或停止阶段所产生的陀螺力矩会远大于其稳定工作阶段所产生的陀螺力矩的事实。
The rolling body of ball screw can rotate its own axial when it rotates axial of screw bar;such motion can cause gyroscopic effect.According to formula from mechanics of gyroscopes,approximate calculation formula of gyrostatic moment for ball screw is derivated,and these formulas are demonstrated by calculation example in this paper.The paper also find out that gyrostatic moment from rolling body in starting and stopping stage is much greater than it in stable stage.
