摘要
将图解法原理与解析法有机结合,在行程速比系数K已知的情况下,通过引入辅助角,建立偏心曲柄滑块机构最小传动角与极位夹角的数学关系式,用VML+Javascript软件编程得到关系曲线图,以此设计出极位夹角一定时,最小传动角为最大时的具有最佳传动性能的偏心曲柄滑块机构。
Combining the graphic method and analytics,based on the coefficient K of journey speed ratio,with leading auxiliary angle,the math′s relation formula between minimum transmission angle and limit positions angle is established,The curve graph is got with VML+javascrip software,according to above,the bias crank slider mechanism with the optimum drive performance is got while limit positions angle decided and minimum transmission angle being maximal.
