重点介绍了高速机床主轴轴承配置形式的改变,通过实际的试验,在相同的主轴温升情况下,主轴系统具有更加优秀的高速性和低发热性,主轴转速可提高30%以上。同时大大的降低生产采购成本。
This article mainly introduces the innovation on arrangement mode of spindle bearings on high-speed machine.Through real experiment,it reveals that in case of same temperature rise of spindle,this spindle system has more excellent performance of high-speed and less heat and spindle speed could be increased by more than 30%.Therefore,production and purchasing cost could be substantially reduced.
