便携式数字影雕机系统设计

Methodological approach to digital control system for portable shadow engraving machine

摘要 针对现有影雕机设备庞冗,不能现场操作,以及雕刻精度偏低的问题,提出了一种便携的数字式影雕机控制系统解决方案。首先给出了由导杆、丝杠、滑块、打印针头等组成的机械结构设计,其次详细地阐述了传动机构、电机的正弦细分驱动电路。以STC11F32XE为核心设计了系统的单片机控制电路,最后给出了单幅灰度图像影雕的效果实例。实验结果表明,本系统方案具有良好的可移植性、可扩展性,具有广泛的应用前景。 In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional shadow engraving machine such as enormous size and offside operation,a methodological approach to digital control system for portable shadow engraving machine was presented.Firstly,a mechanical structure was brought out which comprising slide bar,screw rod,slipper block and print needle.Secondly,the actuating mechanism and sinusoidal subdivision driving circuit for electrical motor were discussed.Thirdly,a control system adopting single chip micro computer STC11F32XE as kernel was proposed.The impressive effect of a shadow-carved grayscale image was exhibited at last.Test result shows that above-mentioned scheme has an important application prospect due to its perfect expandability and portability.
