摘要
通过盆钵土培试验,研究了不同浓度外源硼对油菜苗期过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)3种保护酶的影响。结果表明,缺硼及硼过量时SOD和CAT的活性显著下降,POD活性显著上升,说明在逆境胁迫下,SOD和CAT活性受到不同程度的抑制作用,对油菜生长不利。在实际生产中需要根据土壤中硼含量确定合适的施肥水平。
The influence of exogenous boron on the activity of protection enzyme,CAT,POD and SOD was studied in this research.Results showed that activity of SOD and CAT decreased obviously when the dose of boron was deficient or excessive,but the activity of POD increased remarkably,which showed that the enzyme activity could be affected by the boron concentration.High and low boron concentration was disadvantageous to the rape growth.So in rape planting,boron concentration needed to be ensured depending on the soil boron concentration.
