摘要
研究了氮、磷、钾肥施用量对燕麦蛋白质、β-葡聚糖、脂肪含量的影响。结果表明,燕麦子粒蛋白质含量随着氮素的增加而增加,但差异不显著;不同氮素处理间β-葡聚糖含量差异显著;磷素、钾素互作对脂肪含量影响差异显著。通过回归分析得出子粒β-葡聚糖含量与氮、磷、钾用量之间的回归方程,子粒产量与蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、β-葡聚糖含量间的回归方程。相关分析表明,蛋白质含量与产量呈极显著正相关,品质指标间、其他品质指标与产量间均为正相关,但相关不显著。
The effect of NPK fertilizers on the content of protein,Beta-glucosan and fat in oats were studied.The results indicated that the content of grain protein in oats increased along with the increase of N fertilizer application,but there was no obvious difference among different N applications.There was significant difference in the content of Beta-the glucosan among different N treatments.N and P interaction had obvious influence on the content of fat.There was significant positive correlation between the content of protein and yield.Although there was positive correlation among the quality indexes,and among the quality indexes and the yield,these correlations were not remarkable.
