摘要
以泰乐菌素为原料,经过乙酰化、异戊酰化、醇解反应,合成乙酰异戊酰泰乐菌素(Acetylisovalerylty-losin),反应总收率为21%,含量为98%(HPLC,面积归一法)。
Selective acylation and isovalerylation then alcoholysis enable the synthesis of acetylisovaleryltylosin starting from tylosin.The purity of the aim product was 98% determined by HPLC and area normalization method,and its yield was 21%.
