川渝地区野生狗牙根形态遗传多样性研究

The Genetic Diversity of Morphology in Cynodon dactylon in Sichuan and Chongqing Areas

对30份川渝地区野生狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)种源的15个植物学特征进行研究。结果表明,野生狗牙根在15个形态特征上出现较大变异,其中叶色、直立枝叶长、匍匐枝叶长、匍匐茎节间长和生殖枝条高度以及花药和柱头颜色的变异都达到20%以上。不同种源形态性状间存在着显著或极显著的相关性,为选育优良品种并对选育工作的进一步开展提供理论依据。

15 botanical characters of 30 species Cynodon dactylon in Sichuan and Chongqing areas were estimated for selecting and breeding high quality breeds.The results showed that there presented large variation in 15 morphological characters.The variation of the leaf color,leaf length of the erect shoot and creeping shoot,diameter of internode of the creeping shoot,fertile tiller,anther color and stigma color were over 20%.There existed significant and high significant correlations among various species on some morphological characters.Cynodon dactylon in Sichuan and Chongqing areas could be distincted to three major morphological types by cluster analysis.
