羊栖菜乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性 被引量:9

摘要 用体积分数70%的乙醇浸提羊栖菜(Sargassum fusiforme)得到粗提物,将粗提物溶于去离子水再依次用有机溶剂萃取,得到氯仿萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物和萃取后剩余物,测定粗提物和各萃取物的总多酚含量、维生素C和维生素E含量以及还原力。结果表明,正丁醇萃取物中的总多酚和维生素E含量较高,正丁醇萃取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物具有较强的还原力。 Crude extract(CE) of Sargassum fusiforme was obtained using 70% ethanol as extracting solvent,dissolved in distilled water and then fractionated by inorganic solution including chloroform(Cf),ethyl acetate(EtOAc),and n-butanol(n-BuOH) orderly;Four fractions of Cf,EtOAc,n-BuOH and aqueous were collected.The antioxidant activities and contents of total polyphenols,vitamin C and E in CE and the four fractions were determined.Results showed that contents of total polyphenols and vitamin E were higher in n-BuOH fraction;While n-BuOH fraction and EtOAc fraction exhibited higher antioxidant activity.
