苦参内生真菌的分离鉴定及抑菌活性的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用组织分离法从新鲜苦参种子中分离纯化内生真菌,对分离到的内生真菌进行形态学和16SrDNA分子生物学鉴定,以确定菌株名称;并通过测定该菌株对常见植物致病菌的作用,确定其抑菌特性。结果表明:1株内生真菌从新鲜苦参种子中分离纯化出来,其菌落呈浅黄色,短绒毛状,有少量放射状沟纹;营养菌丝为树根状,有隔,分生孢子梗较长;分生孢子梗顶端短棒状,孢子椭圆;16S rDNA分子鉴定后,确认其为土曲霉(Aspergillus terreu Thom),命名该菌株为BS001。抑菌试验结果表明:该菌株对多种植物致病真菌和细菌有显著的抑制作用,其中对产气肠细菌和黄瓜枯萎病菌抑制效果最佳。 An entophytic fungus was separated from the fresh seed of Sophora flavescens by using tissue isolation and then identified in terms of morphology and 16S rDNA molecular biology to confirm the strain name.Also its effects on common agricultural pathogenic fungi and bacteria were determined. The results showed that the colony of the entophytic fungus separated and purified from the fresh seed is light yellow and has a short-fluff form and a few of radial grooves,its vegetative mycelia are tree-root-shaped,the conidiophore is relatively long with short-rod-like apex,and the conidium is oval.The fungus was identified as Aspergillus terreu.Microbiostatic tests indicated that the strain has a significant inhibiting effect on several agricultural pathogenic fungi and bacteria,and especially on Enterobacter aerogenes and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum.
