汽车发动机电磁气门驱动设计与试验

摘要 为研究电磁气门驱动(Electromagnetic Valve Actuation,EVA)的气门软着陆控制,研制了装在一个每缸四气门汽油机缸盖上的能够驱动一对进、排气门的EVA装置。EVA设计中确定了电磁铁尺寸、材料,在总体装配关系中主要考虑铁芯定位、速度传感器和位移传感器布置、EVA与缸盖联结等。此外,采用试验和仿真方法对进、排气门EVA进行了电磁力和磁链分析。 Electromagnetic valve actuation (EVA) is one of frontiers for electronic engine control and engine design. For the purpose of research on valve soft landing of EVA, a new EVA device is developed, which is installed on a compact cylinder head and could actuate a couple of intake and exhaust valves. In the EVA design, main considerations are the material and size of electromagnet, EVA general arrangement and assembly, fixing of velocity and displacement sensors, and EVA device installation on cylinder head. Furthermore, by using simulation and experiment, EVA electromagnetic forces and flux are analyzed, which is great helpful of further work.
