摘要
针对新能源汽车应用涉及的各种电力变换单元,从IGBTs和MOSFET的芯片结构特点、输出特性以及市场价格等方面比较,指出IGBTs分立器件并联技术更适合车载充电器、充电桩以及10 kW以下电机驱动控制器;接着通过IGBTs的开关过程分析,强调了IGBTs分立器件并联应用中的设计要点;最后提供了IGBTs分立器件并联用于车载升压型小功率电机驱动控制器的主回路设计和均流实验波形,对新能源汽车电控单元产品和系统开发有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
This paper points out parallel of IGBTs power discrete is more suitable for on board charger, battery charger pile and motor inverter below 10 kW in electric vehicle after comparison on chip structure,output characteristics and market price of IGBTs and MOSFET.Following with analysis of IGBTs switching, key points on parallel of IGBTs power discrete are emphasized.An innovative main power circuit with Boost voltage and waveforms are raised in low and medium motor inverter.The chapter is practical and useful for power converter development and engineering in electric vehicles
