电力推进船舶三电平变频调速电源研制 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了用于电力推进船舶系统中的三电平变频调速电源装置的研制。整套变频电源装置由主控芯片TMS320LF2407控制,采用IGBT功率模块作为开关器件,采用转速闭环转差频率控制。逆变电路部分采用二极管箝位的三电平电路,利用三电平SVPWM方法,构造出正二十四边形电压矢量来使电机定子磁链运动轨迹逼近圆形。利用短矢量两个等效开关状态的切换来维持三电平逆变电路电容电压平衡,减小电容电压变化。整个变频电源装置具有结构简单,工作可靠,功能完善,输出电压谐波含量少等优点。 The paper presents the design of three-level variable-frequency power supply device which is used in propulsion system of electric propulsive ship.The variable-frequency power supply device is controlled by the main chip TMS320LF2407, and it uses IGBT power module as switching element, and rotate speed close loop and slip frequency controlling method are used.The inverter part is the diode-neutral point clamped three-level circuit,and it adopts three-level SVPWM method, which structure regular twenty-four polygon space voltage vector to make movement locus of motor stator flux linkage to be similar to rotundity.In order to keep the capacitive voltage of three-level inverter balance, and cut down the variable quantity of capacitive, it adopts the method that two equivalent switch state of short vector work alternatively.The whole variable-frequency power supply device has some strong points such as structure simple, working reliably, functional integrity and less harmonic content of output voltage, etc.
