摘要
根据相应的吹塑成型工艺要求限定瓶坯各参数的范围,设计8个瓶坯,在Moldflow环境中模拟各个瓶坯的注塑成型过程,得到相应的充填和保压时间,通过BP算法建立模型,并以充填和保压的总时间为目标值,得到在参数范围内的最优设计方案。结果表明,该方法能够指导瓶坯设计,具有一定的实际意义。
A scope in the each parameter of the bottle perform according to relative blow molding process was limited, 8 bottle perform were designed, the injection molding process of every preform in the moldflow environment was simulated, the filling time and packing time of each one were got, the model by the BP algorithm was established, the total time of filling and packing as the target was set, the optimal design was got in the parameter scope. The result showed that this method can guide the bottle preform design with high practical value.
