以某移动空调后盖为例,针对注射成型过程中出现严重区边缺陷,运用专业模流分析软件Moldflow对后盖注塑件的注塑生产过程进行模拟分析,利用模拟结果优化模具结构,找到合理的注塑工艺参数,进而选定注塑机。

Take a mobile air conditioner back cover as an example, aimed at the serious defect of side area in injection molding process, an injection molded production process of back cover parts were simulated and analized by professional mold flow software Moldflow. Using the simulation results, the mold structure was optimized, and found a reasonable injection molding process parameters, and then molding machine was selected.
