压缩性能是农产品机械性能试验的重要内容。通过压缩试验可以测定农业物料的弹性模量、生物屈服极限、破坏极限和变形功等参数。本文讨论以上各参数的测定方法和压缩试验时压头尺寸,形状,压缩速度等因素对它们的影响。

Compressive property is the important content for investigating mechanical properties of agricultural products. The compressive test made it possible to evaluate some important parameters of agricultural materials, such as elastic modulus, bioyield limit, rupture limit, deformation energy, etc. In this paper, the influence of the testing factors in compressive test, such as shape and size of the indenters, compressive speed, etc., on above parameters were discussed.
