摘要
根据传统手工浇注的工艺特点,建立浇口液位的控制模型,提出以工业摄像法检测浇口液位、模糊PID控制算法设计浇口液位控制器的自动浇注系统。根据浇注工艺要求,采用MCGS组态软件、智能仪表AI808设计了自动浇注液位控制系统。结果表明,模糊PID技术能有效地抑制系统中存在的扰动,通过提高控制器的增益,可以提高系统工作频率和液位控制精度,改善浇注品质。
According to the characteristics of handicraft pouring in foundry, the liquid-level model of objects was established and the auto-pouring cascade control system was designed, based on industrial CCD sensor and fuzzy-PID algorithm. The controller used MCGS configuration software and intelligence measuring appliance cascade control was investigated, according to the mathematics mode of pouring system. The results show that the good effects are achieved by the fuzzy-PID controller and the system has the characteristics of static accuracy, adaptability, reliability and anti- interference by rising main controller's variable gain.
